The Developers’ Dinner is a series of events seeking to interrogate the concept of ‘developer’: who creates a sense of place for others and who encapsulates the value?

The event acknowledges the historical relationship between artists, placemaking and the built environment, particularly in the context of gentrification, displacement, social cleansing, cultural assets and community.

Bringing artists and creative practitioners together with property developers, architects, local authorities and city stakeholders, we collectively explore the reimagining of systems that affect livelihoods and futures in a rapidly-developing environment.
